Hi, I want to create Search toolbar for IE. Mozilla, Chrome. Can the extention developed for Firefox works for IE and Chrome. If not, do I have to do different development for all three. Also want to understand the security risk if I am accessing my custom search engine through this. Thanks,

This is called federated portals, where the content, portlets or other remote resources are fetched into the local portal.

I want to understand, The Timeout behavior,
If there is session timeout set in web.xml and also timeout parameter in httpd.conf . how do the application behaves. Does both the timeouts are for different purposes. if yes please explain.
