It is indeed great news that IBM is giving 20% off. I am now giving serious thought to certify. But I am not able to decide which certification I should go for 287/340/341.

Any suggestion is welcome.

Does anybody have any idea which certification one should go for in weblogic 8.1 (developer) - Confused there are three exams now.
Build solutions / Integration Solutions and Portal Solutions.
Please reply as I have to finalise early.

I would also recommend using a commercial test simulator as they test one rigourously and they are worth the price if they give you even 10% increase in actual exam results.

Whizlabs and enthuware are good products to try.

I recently passed 484 using Whizlabs simulator.Though there would always be scope for more content, it was definitely worth. With the practice I got VERY high confidence before i took the exam.

Sorry for getting back so late.I used many tutorials available on net, especial J2EE ones available at sun.com and ibm developerworks.
Similarly I used multiple (4 books) J2EE books by different authors. Actually you don't get every objective appropriately covered in one book or turoial. Find your weeknesses and then prepare accoring to it.I thoroughly used whizlabs diagnostic mock exam for such analysis and then decided for the tutorials and the books.

Hi all,
I am very happy to share my success with you all ranchers. Just came from the center after passing the exam with 81%. exam was not an easy one and required lot of preparation from different resources. I must have refered to over 4 books, 5 tutorials and mock exams and quizzes. Some of the topics are really vast to be covered by single book and I could practice for the exam only at IBM ICE tool (questions were not similar for me) and whizlabs (tougher than the actual exam.
Thank you all especially those who passed recently and recommended various resources and tips.
