yes it can be done,
but i was asking on how to run a ftp server within apache tamcat.
or if there is a plugin or patch or something like to run tomcat ftp ?

i don't know if *.jsp or *.xml is changeable after the server start
but if so, let's take the example of html.

i'm running apache tomcat 6 on windows 7
i was wondering if there is a way so i can run ftp within apache or accessing /webaps throw ftp
so i can update files without redeployment.
if someone have a solution i will be thankfull.
