Hi,
I'm creating web service using jax-ws. One of the requirements is to support case insensitive tags. The tags <model> and <Model> should be both successfully unmarshalled as the same variable, but I can't find such feature.
Using cxf-codegen-plugin maven to generate jaxb annotated classes and jaxws:endpoint to define my ws.
Thank you for any ideas in advance.

Changing generated code is not a good practice. Decided to use helper class to make code clearer. Thanks a lot. If someone knows other options let me know

Unfortunately I can't modify wsdl. If I understand you correctly I should live with those intermediate classes.

This classes add additional complexity to my code that's why I'm trying to find out if it is possible to avoid it.

Hi,
I'm generating java code from wsdl using wsdl2java. As a result in some cases I have unnecessary intermediate classes. For example. Class A has variable of class B which has a list of class C.
Is it possible to skip class B without changing wsdl?
Thanks in advance

Hy,
I want to change this faces-config.xml to annotations, but I do have problems with supperVariable as it's property is different for each sub class. How should @ManagedProperty be declared to achieve this (MyClass extends MyAbstract class which contains variable supperVariable instance of SupperVariableClass, SupperVariableChildClass extends SupperChildClass) :

Thanks in advance

Thanks for reply, Ulf Dittmer, parsing result is String which I output to text file using commons-io: FileUtils.writeStringToFile(new File("resulr.txt"), text);
But I debugged and I see corrupted characters in String.

Jesper, surely it is related to encoding, but also might be that I'm missing something in code, to fix that. I tried with different pdf files. If encoding is Identity-H, Ansi any not custom, I'm getting correct output.

Do you know any lightweight java ocr library that could tell if provided image has text or not? I don't need text extraction at the moment.
Hi,
I searched the forum, googled, but couldn't find the answer.
For my current project I need library for pdf parsing. I need to extract text, images, bookmarks, annotations and security information. I tried pdfbox and itext, but both seam to have problems with custom font encoding. Non English characters are corrupted.
There is no standart template or creating tool for pdfs my program receive so this problem is quite essential.
Please recommend what library should be use, that this could be solved?

I'm preparing for OCEJWCD and thinking about which mock exams to take to be more confident. Thinking of http://www.epractizelabs.com/certification/sun/oce-jsp-servlet-exam-6.html. Anyone had tried this? Is it better then Enthuware or the same, just more expensive?

Thanks for help
Maybe someone knows there is it possible to get "OCEJWCD Study Companion: Certified Expert Java EE 6 Web
Component Developer (Oracle Exam 1Z0-899)" electronic book version (.pdf, .epub, .mobi)?
Yes effective pom is quite similar to result I want. Howether I need only the artifactId and version to be set, to have project correctly deployed in the repository.
Any ideas or it is impossible for maven and I should update the original pom before running mvn deploy command?

Thanks Peter, I'm considering using maven plugin which would replace all properties in pom to ones I specify in command line.
Maybe you could recommend one that would replace all, not only version? The most important are artifactId and version.

Thanks for answer Tim, but could you explain what you mean by saying:
