I am Kumar joined MNC recently. I am really confused choosing the options what they are providing. I don't have any idea of portals.
I wanna have a clarity, regarding can i choose portal as my career. whats career growth both in terms of annual income and designation wise.
How about comparing it with development?

Is it better to be in development(income wise) or portals?

Please reply back soon, as m in some urgency to let my decision out in my company.

My name is Nitin, i had a requirement in my project on bill payment. I know this is not new thing, many projects do this, infact i used this service for my flight bookings.
I have some idea that using some third party services we generally do this but how to implement this in my project?. can any one guide me in right direction. what could be the estimated time atleast. I want this to be developed in java (may be using third party services ).

Hi everybody,

I have got a problem to solve for.. I need a mimic similar to that of the voltage meter to be displayed on web page.

To explain clearly my web page gets the values for every 1min and i need to show that in pictorial form.

I heard that this could be done through flex, but fact is m a layman in flex.. so what i am expecting is some tutorial or kind of thing that helps me to solve the problem and also need a confirmation whether this can be done thorugh flex.. or any other easy way..

I am Nitin and i have shifted from php to java recently, i had a question for you guys, Can i use maven for the project which was completely developed in eclipse IDE... i mean they use eclipse tomcat for compiling and more over does deployment using eclipse... what i want is use eclipse only as IDE and for deployment and building i want to use Maven.. so is there a way to do so.. please come up with an answer...
