In Websphere I can forward to j_security_check with no issues in a JSP. Weblogic is throwing 404 errors. Anyone have an idea? I'm using the standard:

<jsp:forward page="j_security_check">

That works great on other JSPs but not j_security_check.

Does anyone know of a utility that can read a XML that has a xmlinclude in it to create a final XML with all the xmlincludes expanded?
But how do I iterate through the properties names and properties values from the properties file?

I'm looking to use a property file to replace text properties embedded in another file.

- load property file
- foreach property
replace propertyName in text file
with propertyValue

How do you get all the property names in a .properties file into a list and then access their values?

The JSP does but it's not being taken. It looks that prior to the JSP being included the content type is being set.

We're using Websphere 6.2 and the standard security mechanism. For some reason the content type is being assigned as XML instead of html/text for the login error jsp. Accessed directly it's fine. This is the error we get in IE:

Use of default namespace declaration attribute in DTD not supported.

Thanks Carol. I thought it was finding them and was a bit confused.

I'm running the below text search-n-replace to convert some directive includes to runtime includes. It says successful but doesn't actually convert the file! Any ideas?

<project name="replaceIncludes" basedir="." default="replace">
<target name="replace">
<replace file="myfile.jsp">

<replacevalue>%@include file="/file.jsp" %</replacevalue>
<replacetoken>jsp:include page="/file.jsp" /</replacetoken>

We're using cewolf 0.10.2 on tomcat 4.30 with a oracle 9i backend. The problem is that the charts will randomly not display. I can see the request going to the servlet but it just blocks on the requests and never returns. We have 4 charts on one jsp page page that each have their own dataset producer. In development we've had no issues and can't reproduce. This appears to occur especially when the server is left alone for several hours.

The charts themselves are not very complicated and the sql executes correctly otherwise. Again, nothing goes to the log.

Anyone have a idea?

In a form I have a amount field defined. In validation.xml I have

<field property="amount" depends="required,float">
<arg0 key="error.value" resource="true" />

In my I have error.value=Amount Required defined. Yet when I put <html:errors property="amount" /> in the jsp I don't get the 'Amount Required' text, just a exclamation point.

Any ideas? thanks,

I've found numerous calendar webapp or applets of course. WE're looking for a room, resource, people scheduler that's open source, enterprise level and able to integrate or easily converted to use as a api in a webapp. It's amazing how many php apps there are on this but none I've found for Java.
You may also want to look into Ant libraries that support that.

Hibernate. Looks like we need a hibernate forum.
I've been looking for a technique to map to constant tables or what we call 'code tables'. In our website we've got many tables that just list state constants, address types, etc... It would be great to easily map from my code column associated with my JavaBean to get the actual description value. I would rather not have to create beans for every code table.

For the individual load case I get:

net.sf.hibernate.MappingException: Unknown entity class: com.mypackage.User
