Does Java 11 facilitate or provide out of the box integration with Python and/or C and/or any other programming languages?
Thank you so much for clarifying and answering my queries.  I am still using Java 8, looking forward to Java 11 and 17.

Kindly, answer the below two questions

Anything with Java 11 related to data science (AI, ML, Deep Learning, etc.), like out of the box algorithms like classifiers?  For example, the WEKA desktop (thick client) data science tool uses Java.

Anything with Java 11 related to mobile apps and robotics?
Is Oracle going to eventually start charging for the use of Java, say Java 17?   If yes, is this the reason Google (Android) is migrating from Java to Kotlin?
Why bother with Java 11 when Java 17 is right around the corner?
Thank you for all the answers and insights you have shared with me so far.

Hooray for the website/sample test to prep for the real test

So the transition from Java 8 to Java 11 would be very long, perhaps 2022 everyone will be ready to start the migration to Java 11.

Thank you soooo much for the deck presentation.  I'll definitely take a look.

Dear Scott/Jeanne,

I was successfully certified with Java 6 (OCPJP). I would love to get a copy of your book to get certified for Java 11.  Does your book have access to a website to take sample test?

When will Java 11 replace Java 8?

Who supports Java 11, Oracle, or some other organization?

What are the most important improvements in Java 11?

Thanks,
Gibran
Dear Carter,

I have done Native iOS (Objective-C, a little bit with Swift) and Native Android (Java, not yet with Kotlin), Hybrid (with ionic), and responsive/adaptive websites (JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, etc) development and I am familiar with several other tools for mobile development.  However, I never seem any mobile development with Python, but now you point out Kivy, I'll check it out.

Thank you for the detail explanation.  I'll also follow the other conversation forum thread regarding python, thank you for sharing.

Thanks,
Gibran

Dear Carter,

Thank you for the detail explanation regarding python and machine learning.  This is really helpful.

Is python not more efficient (performance) versus Java or C#?
Can python be used for mobile apps?
What is python mainly use in Production systems?

Moreover, thank you for making me aware of the two most popular python web frameworks, Django and Flask.

I have done some python programming and in a few lines of code, you can get a lot done to compare to other programming languages.

I want to learn/master python so that I can use it for data science and for web apps.  I would love to get a copy of the book for this purpose.

Thanks,
Gibran

Hi,

Why is python one of the best programming languages for Machine Learning?

Can you use python for web applications; for instance, deploy in Nginx?  Nginx is a web server that can also be used as a reverse proxy, load balancer, mail proxy, and HTTP cache.

Thanks,

Doug,

I would love to be awarded a copy of your book to apply your approach for data science.

Thanks,

I would love to be awarded a copy of your book to apply your best practices and principles for coding.  I'll become a much better developer.
Doug,

I am looking to identify widgets, pixels (color), objects, buttons, images, videos, OpenVC, etc. to programmatically test apps.  I am thinking of using Applitools.

Thanks,

Matthias,

What techniques for creating pro-quality OO code that can stand the test of time do you use in your book?  I would love to review them and apply the ones I am not aware of ...

What universal best practices for object design do you provide in your book?  I would love to elevate my coding style by mastering the universal best practices described in your book ...

Why are immutable objects more secure and reliable?  Do you use immutable objects in your book?

Thanks,
Gibran
Doug & Richard,

How can I leverage WEKA ML Java models with Jython/Python?

How can I use ML algorithms for Automation Testing of Web Apps, Mobile Apps, Websites, etc.?

Why use Using Amazon SageMaker?  Why not use RapidMiner Studio and/or BigML and/or Orange and/or KNIME and/or WEKA and/or RStudio and have more control of your data?

Thanks,
Gibran
