My questions are (and I *don't* want a generic answer this time!!):

1. Have you received my essay exam? I can see it in the exam history, but the content of the score report for the online exam indicates I haven't done it yet. So, have you received it?
2. I used a transition voucher, and according to the Java Ranch forum a lot of other people have had delay after delay when using a transition voucher. Are there any problems related to people using transition vouchers?
3. What is my position in the backlog of assignments?

Long waiting still....same boat....So did you get any responses as per their commitment 4-6 days...?

Two days back I got same mail again.."glitch..wait for 1-2 weeks"....I don't understand the grading order at all....
Did anyone of you get results who have been waiting for 4months?...

Looks like..ppl who submitted during June-July have this delay...also could it be ppl who had used transition voucher ..(Prometric to Pearson)??? I had transition voucher from Oracle to upload assignment....

I submitted Big Smoke assignment on June 16th and essay completed on June 18th and still it is getting delayed. I got reply from Oracle for my query and again I got same standard reply "Kindly wait for 1-2 weeks" ..it has been 17weeks now!

Another reason could be(guessing...) due to transition from Promteric to Pearson. Those who have used Transition voucher to upload the assignment may have been delayed.
I had used a special transition voucher that allowed me to upload the assignment jar and then schedule essay in pearson. Hmm..I had done my assignment on June 18th..lets see...

I had Big Smoke application, completed essay on 18th June...still waiting

Got email from Oracle regarding delay.... I guess it may take more time....

I took Part 3 on 18-JUN-2011 and still waiting for results, I did get response stating it will take additional 3-4 weeks...and when checked with Oracle why is this such a long delay...their response is below....


We completely understand your situation and we apologize for all the inconvenience caused.

Our migration from Prometric to Pearson Vue caused this delay. In case if you require to resubmit the assignment, as an exception we will be give you the opportunity to resubmit the assignment without the new course requirement.
