Hi, I had been in the process of changing List boxes in a application into dropdown combobox. It happened like this that i introduced a new combo box to filter the username( that is first one is customer list, second user list based upon customer. Third is software and last is version list based upon software). The thing is that my first and third combo box are "partial submit", so what happens is the selected value in second combo box is getting reset upon the "partial submit" of the third value. What should i do!? Is there a way to group the list box such that each others action does not affect the other!! Thanks!!

ya, am using icefaces Hebert and its a session bean too. Thanks for the link, it got some nice ideas. I like having checkbox allowing users to select multiple rows and should be able to delete or so on. Please let me know how this can be done. Thanks!!

Hi, JSF beginner here. I had been trying to add checkbox to a column in datatable and allow users to select rows and do operations based on those selected values, say edit or delete. Am done with code, but the HTMLdatatable object in the backing bean is always null. Can someone help me with this, if you do have code for the same scenario please share!! Thanks!!

Hey am a newbie to JSF. I got a mainpage, where there are several links to different pages (Command Links), i have a corresponding rules in faces-config. The thing is when i login and click on any link it navigates to the page, but when i come back to home and click on link again it does not navigate. Clicking the home link again makes the links work. Can someone get me the answer for this asap. Thanks!!
