Welcome to the Ranch!

While Agile practices result in cross functional teams of scrum masters, developers, qa etc. being created, do you think it is necessary to setup communities of practice for each of these disciplines? If so, what's the best way to setup communities of practices for each of these disciplines and what specific guidelines would you suggest for these communities of practices?

Thank you!

Hi,
I have been trying to solve this problem in various ways and looking for some help. Upon copying images from a particular application to the system clipboard, it uses the CF_DIB format. When I paste the CF_DIB Clipboard image into a Java Applet primarily leveraging the AWT libraries for copying items from the System Clipboard and pasting them into the Applet, the Image gets distorted. Images created in Paint or imported into Paint or other image drawing apps paste fine. It is the CF_DIB format that causes this problem.

I have tried the Apache Pivot route and have posted to their forums but have not had luck yet. Wondering if any experts here can help steer me in the right direction to copy an image from the clipboard which is this format and successfully paste it into a Java Applet?

Thanks!
