It is true that OCPJP 7 is better, no doubt but if you want to achieve this you will have to pass two exams, OCAJP and OCPJP 7 or OCPJP 6, andOCPJP upgrade. But in our opinion first root is easy as in upgrade exam you may have to face more difficult questions, and also OCPJP 6 is difficult than OCAJP. The reason is when you take an upgrade exam, oracle assume you certificate professional with good experience.

I would like to add one more thing about marking, some questions have more than one answer, in such a case question state how many should be correct. suppose there is two correct answer, you only get marks if you marked both correct, otherwise zero. Hope this helps you. thanks

You have started well. But it is not clear that you want to take OCPJP 6 or OCPJP 7. Anyway in first case using the k & B book along with Whizlabs OCPJP simulator will be good enough to pass the exam with your experience. And also Whizlabs has refund policy to refund the simulator fee in case of unsuccessful first attempt of the exam. But if you want to pass OCPJP 7 exam, you will need to pass OCAJP exam first, in that case you can use K & B book along with OCAJP simulator to pass the OCAJP exam and then OCPJP 7 exam simulator to pass the OCPJP exam. Also all Whizlabs simulator contain Study note which covers exam syllabus 100%. Exam simulator also contain Tips and tricks guide which explain how to study for the exam. First of all, you will have to pass OCAJP. As it is a prerequisite for OCPJP exam. If you have done OCPJP 6 before then you should take OCPJP upgrade exam (1z0-805). So choose what exam you should start with first. And Whizlabs provides exam simulators for 1Z0-803(OCAJP), 1Z0-804(OCPJP), 1Z0-805(OCPJP -upgrade) exams. Sorry to say that it is not a good plan. SCJP/OCPJP 6 covers most current OCAJP topics and less OCPJP 7 topics, so it would be a good idea if you use that book to prepare OCAJP. But I highly recommend to buy the book for OCPJP 7 or find other way of covering 1Z0-804 topics. Thanks and hope this helps
