Thanks Gian.
Is it possible to customize based on difficulty level + section.
In first round of study we may choose to go for simple questions sectionwise and increase it next round..
From what i see from ur site ,simulator consists of few mock exams and quiz.I feel it will be more helpfull if we have sectionwise tests something similiar to Dan's(http://www.danchisholm.net/) tests for SCJP1.4 ?

When and who will create the first home object thats going to be shared by the clients??
Is that on first client call or at the time of deployment??

Im assuming u r using Axis apache software.
Use WSDL2Java tool to generate necessary stub code.

In case of tomcat, add
tomcat_home\common\lib\servlet.jar to classpath and then compile.
