Declare an arraylist, take the size of the array, loop that many times and enter elements one by one into the arraylist.

TimeZone timeZone = Calendar.getInstance().getTimeZone();
System.out.println(timeZone.getDisplayName(false, TimeZone.SHORT));
This has worked for me.
