In my JSF application user starts on primary server where the session begins and then the user is redirected to a different server using sendRedirect. I want to pass some authentication token to the next server from primary server. I am trying to set session attribute as:

And then send it to the next server as:

But this attribute is not reaching the new server. I cannot pass this auth_token as request parameter as that wont be secure. So how to get some session data to new server?

My form looks like this:

As you can see there are two listener in my xhtml file one for filetype and other for signmethod. When filtype changes signmethod has to change which in turn changes servers. And if user changes signmethod using dropdown then also server should change. But my problem is when filetype changes, both the listeners are called, as signmethod also changea but the value in event object (e.getNewValue()) is not the new one but old one. Here is the SelectView Bean:

This is the static initialisation part just for checking the output at the end of question.

This are the bean valuechange methods and constructor.

This is the output on changing filetypes from Windows(default) to Mobile to Mac to Solaris:

I am changing servers in changeServerAndSignmethod by selecting first signmethod from signmethod arraylist which is giving correct result. But changeServers is also getting fired taking wrong event object's newValue method and changing servers to wrong values. When changeServers is fired bydirectly changing signmethod, by dropdown, it gives correct result. Is there a way I can stop changeServers to fire when the change came from changing filetypes rather than direct change by user on signmethod selectOneMenu. Or any other solution.

I am developing a web application using JSF-2.0 on weblogic 10.3.6. I am using Facelets as VDL. I have 5 different machine. They are different according to their OS and their geographical location. On my first xhtml page server(machine) is decided. Then on next page file upload and rest of processing takes place. My restriction is that SSO configuration can be done on only one machine. So I am restricted to using xhtml files from only my primary server where SSO configuration is done. But I have to connect to servlets or managed-bean of different machine as requests are machine specific and file needs to be uploaded to those machines for processing. So I cannot use redirectUrl as I need to be only on one machine. Is it possible that xhtml on one server can talk to managed-bean on other server(different machine)?. Or is there some other solution to this problem?

This application did not require any certificate, while connecting to webservice, when running on Tomcat Server. Although it does require certificate when connecting through web browser.
Can anybody tell me why this error is coming and please suggest the remedy for the same.
