I am getting below exception while consuming JAX-WS 2.0 webservice using dispatch client API. Please suggest how to set the right content type in the request. SOAP binding used in the service is having 1.2 version.

I know prerequisite for giving SCBCD is SCJP. But I have given SCJP way back in 2000 for java 1.2 version. I want to know whether my SCJP certificate is still valid for appearing in SCBCD

When will the SCBCD for EJB 3.0 will come in the market?
I can't able to run the Administrative Console in websphere 4.0.but the IBM http server and application server is running properly.
there is a error (The Page Can't be Displayed) while running http://localhost:9090/admin in a browser.
please help me to sort out the above problem
