Hello, I have started to learn cyber security and now want to learn coding side by side so that I can excel in writing codes and make projects. So I heard that Python is good language to start with. So can you people suggest me some good resources and where to start learning this language?

Can you guys help me in knowing which is the best OS to learn ethical hacking? is it Parrot os or the Kali linux? what are the difference in the both?
