When you give your business email address, Oracle handles everything on that account. I had a problem and opened many tickets but they never answered me. Anyway, you should create an Oracle account with your business email address. Then, you should sign Exam Attempts Administration Tool using your business mail Oracle account. I entered and saw the exam. In the Exam Attempts Administration Tool, I created an exam attempt request to my personal email address. Then, I get an email which is an attempt asking. Then, I log in to Oracle with my personal account. I checked the Oracle Exam Wallet page and I finally saw the exam. Damn it! It was a horrible time for me. I hope it will be a solution for new guys who have the same problem as me.
