I has Accenture interview today at 9:30 am, happened to be at Some Social institute at New Delhi, when I entered the hall, I saw two ladies shouting at people to settle down and go back of the hall and come one by one for registration, I was shocked at such unprofessional behavior, showing no courtesy to the candidates who have come from distant places, people who traveled from far distances were denied entry as they were late by few minutes as they claim the entry test timings were 9-10AM but was mentioned nowhere not in email sent by consultant or the website. They yelled at them shouting GET OUT of the hall instead of taking their CVs and requesting them politely.

After this I still decided to go ahead with the interview, Some mostly core and few jsp / servlets question, out of 30 I would have got 24-28 correct, to my surprise i was told that I did not clear Round 1. I dont believe this either the cut off was 27-28 or they tallied my answer sheet with the .net answers.

But anyway, my result does not as much as the attitude / disrespect and chaotic environment I witnessed today, unless companies like Accenture learn the basic etiquette of conducting interview we should avoid them at any cost.

Very Useful jasper report tutorial with the code sample is at:

http://members.lycos.co.uk/oderin/tutorials/JavaReporting/JavaReportingTutorial.htm

This tutorial aims to get the reader acquianted with the three of the open source JAVA reporting tools, namely JasperReports, iReport and JFreeChart.
I am ALSO new to JasperReports, My Question is that I am not sure where to start, so do you have a step by step guide or manual so that a complete newbie like myself can get my classes working with JasperReport and make an application?.

I attempted to try the examples from the JasperReports in Eclipse, but they seem to need arguments sent to each main, and need hsqldb and so on with no luck.

My motive is to generate a VERY SIMPLE HELLO WORLD JASPER REPORT from one standalone java progam.
