Bear Bibeault,I have heard about DHTML technology, but I don't know how to use it.Can you tell me in detail or give an example?
<script language="javascript">
var Timer;
var j=0;
function timer(){
if (j<10){
document.images[j].src="pic/head"+j+".gif"; //5
j++;
Timer=setTimeout("timer()",100);
}
else{
clearTiemout(Timer);
}
}
</script>
in line 5,I want to use javascript to show the pictures,which are on the directory of serverMapPath+"/pic",on the client port using html one by one.
If head5.gif is larger on size than head1.gif,than the loading sequence may depend on the speed of loading those pics from server to client.
My question is how to avoid this.Other words,can I pre-loading these pictures I wanna to use in buffer on the client port?
Thanks in advance....
