Hello,
I got a project to integrate Speech recognition with existing search solution like google speech based search works. Though I have executed numerous java based project, I have never come across any such speech based search solution. With little effort, I decided to go ahead with sphinx speech recognition library as it is based on Java. However I was wondering to know if there are any existing freeware solution is already existing, which I can use. Also I am looking ahead any information to help me on execution.

We are currently developing a system that would manage a job aspirant from resume upload, parsing to till the resume is reviewed by employer. This will eventually manage the all aspect of applicant tracking system. We are at very nascent stage and we are currently evaluating various algorithms, technologies to select and develop a robust package. With that aspect, I am looking for a technologist who can help us in this direction. It does not matter whether you are fresher, experienced but you should have intention to excel.

The ideal candidate should have
- Good knowledge in statistics, probabilities, inferences, matrix manipulation, etc...
- Should be good or at least be aware of models like Marvok Models, Max Entropy, Baysian etc...
- Be aware of how search in information retrieval works

How's the IT market in India especially job market. I heard that most companies freeze their recruitment by 50% and also heard that companies plan to make Saturday as working day. With increasing Rupee against $(US Dollar), it seems there is going to be a hard time for IT companies.
