Required Skills: Candidates should have most of the following characteristics/experience:
�Minimum of 2 years prior consulting experience (4-7 years for Senior positions and prior project management experience)
�Hands-on development experience with one or more of the following: Java, Visual Basic, C++, Corba, XML
�Exposure to ECommerce technologies such as Open Market, Broadvision, Ariba, Vignette, WebLogic, Websphere, etc.
�2+ years of full life cycle integration project experience
�Experience in Object-Oriented analysis and design as well as project analysis and definition
�Experience gathering requirements
�Must be willing to travel Monday � Friday.

Minimum Requirements: Note: There is an immediate need for Solid Java developers with at least a year of experience implementing web solutions in Java. This experience will �stand on it�s own� versus the required skills and minimum experience listed below. Prior consulting strongly preferred.

Monday � Friday travel is required but candidates may be located anywhere throughout the US (including the Denver area or anywhere in Colorado). Responsibilities will include consulting at SAP clients to assist them in web-enabling their SAP system. Total compensation between $70-95K base + 20-35% bonuses. Minimum Requirements: Candidates must have at least 2 years of development experience in a client server environment as well as solid knowledge of e-business application development and a thorough understanding of systems development life-cycles. 1.5+ years of Java and E-Commerce development experience are required as well as some ABAP/4 experience. SAP BAPI development skills, database experience, web server experience, middleware, XML, HTML, and DHTML experience would be a plus. Previous consulting experience is preferred but not required.
