I passed the scjp today with 72%,Thanks to marcus for his tutorials and mock exam,Java ranch, to maha anna ,and all other web sites,
I got 100% in java.util and java.io,The real exam was different from the mock exams,There were lot of questions with code,and I got 6 to 7 questions in I/O, and equal number in threads,and 1 on grid bag,
Lot of questions on strings�immutability,initialization e.t.c.
I/O mostly regarding the constructors
1 on garbage collection
Threads�mainly with wait and notify and 1 or 2 with code
Ofcourse I completed allthe questions,but because I had spent a lot of time for the first half,I had to hurry up atlast,and I lost a few because of that tension
I had been a silent spectator with regard to the discussions here,Iam basically a software engineer,Hoping to start my career now,after a break of 3 years due to personal reasons..ofcourse I had only limited time to prepare for the exam because of my family and kid,I prepared seriously for about 3 weeks,and did some programming for the past 3 months
