Yeah, I have a very hard time trying to digest this information ... I think that the main point is: know what UDDI is supposed to do and what messages exists to interact with an UDDI server... I tried not to memorize the formats and the wsdl... Good luck!
When I finished Part 1, I was 22, completed (Part 2 and 3) with 23 (today)...

But now there is not an available date for me...
I think that this is because the SCJA exam...
Ive lost my voucher (believe or not my city has ONLY ONE prometric center)...

Thanks you anyway...

Who you contact for registering an ibm exam?

Hey guys,

I cant schedule the IBM exams by the prometric site...
It seems that there is some javascript problem when the exam is selected... No lnaguages are shown...
Dit it work for you?

As Nicholas said, there is an overlap between this tests...
That's the reason I've scheduled this way...
IMHO, the IBM's exam are much more difficult than the Sun's exams...

You won't do because is a waste of money ??? But, see, I've had the voucher for 285.. I will pay for 287 anyway...
BTW, what about is the 288 exam (I'll look on the ibm web site..)..

Wei-ju Wu: The SCBCD helped me in SCEA...
Nicholas: I'm going for all ICXX for WSAD 5... Latter, when my company upgrades to RAD I'll go for the RAD exams too...
I have the voucher for 285 and 484 and I've already passed OOAD.
This is my plan and dead lines:
484 - June 1
285 - June 10
286 - June 20
287 - June 30

I'm doing the 286 to a full understando of the WSAD (BTW, do you know any study guide or any good book for this test??? Redbooks?)

Man, too much study ahead... :-(

This is it!

Only little changes, but IMHO, after spending some time thinking about the BDM, I've realized that it's not necessary doing radical changes.
I think that Sun will not accept heavy changes on the specification....

Ive just checked!! Im very happy !!!
My report:

Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition Technology Part II (310-061)

Grade: P
Score: 89
Comment: This report shows the total points that could have been awarded in each section and the actual amount of points you were awarded. This information is provided in order to give you feedback on your relative strengths on a section basis. The maximum number of points you could have received is 100, minimum to pass is 70.
Class Diagram (44 maximum) .......................... 37
Component Diagram (44 maximum) ...................... 40 Sequence/Colloboration Diagrams (12 maximum) ........ 12

Some tips:
1 - Ive lost 7 points on class diagram. My class diagram shows around 15 classes, none technologic... Maybe I lost points for this, but my diagram was very consistent.
2 - Ive broken my component diagram in 2: client+web and business+eis. Ive not shown VOs, maybe this are the missing points.
3 - It was a surprise for me to got 12 on sequence diagrams. I have on diagram for 3 use cases and 2 for one, putting many notes on them.
4 - My assumptions were on every place of my assigment. In special, I had a session to talk about design patterns, how integrate to the systems, security, how support the 2 clients...

Thats it!

Thank you very much people. This forum helped me a lot! Now I must study for the IBMs tests!
I just put some notes and a separate sequence diagrama for pay award travel.
Just sent the assignment, now waiting....
Is it necessary to draw them too??? My diagrams are already large, with the alternative flows will be very large...
Please, some tips from who is already a SCEA...

AGAIN: Im not (and I think that nobody is) belittle the ability of others!
Im posting an opinion! MY OPINIION! Its simple like that! I didnt said that the exam is easy (anyway easy or not easy is very personal), but , IN MY OPINION (is it a forum yet?) the exam score is very low...
Nobody must agree with me, thats not my intention...
I totally agree with the approach of making the questions harder and keep the score... MY OPINION!
Man, Ill think twice before posting on this forum again! Its like "if you dont have my opinion, do not post anything"!

My (LAST) two cents!

What attitude? Man, you take me too serious... Relax, it is my opinion, respect it as I respect yours!
