My advice is to stay away from Dice forums. It's the crappiest forum I've come across. Shame it's run by a public limited company. All I find is chicken little's and h1b bashers there.

It's not that all ex-employees will advice against joining their ex-company. I would still love to go back to one of my ex-company (a small start-up) but never to Polaris.

My main gripe is HR policies. want an example? Few days back an employee was flown to onsite on the cheapest availble airlines. That's a low-cost airlines which doesn't even serve snacks, forget about the meal. Guess what excuse HR gave for that stupid arrangement? "company is not doing good. you have to compromise"

I can narrate countless such experience's during my short stint.
