I didn't see this topic and posted a new one, but I took the exam back on October 20th and still haven't received word. I think it's pretty unexcusable that they don't have a phone number and my attempts to contact them through email have been futile to this point. Are there any Sun representatives here?

Can someone tell me how I can get in touch with these people? I took the test back in October and still haven't gotten any word from them. I called both Sun and Prometric and have only gotten the runaround. I tried emailing who2contact@central.sun.com and suncert@prometric.com and haven't gotten a reply back. This is really frustrating. I can understand how mistakes can happen, but I can't believe a company as large as Sun has this type of terrible customer service. what can I do?
