As far as i am concerned, they ahave every right to be there.
In years to come the economy of China and Indai will overtake the U.S.
As well as fill shortages, the U.S needs every body it can get hold of to remain a super power. Anyway, they can't win even if they tried they havn't got the numbers. No matter how many people they let in. China and India, how many years??? 10 -15 ???

You obviously don't consider the vast range of projects, and the vast ranger of organisations. I did not say all! However you can bet that a percentage will find this of use. 24hours can mean people writing code half the time, and people testing etc that code!

If this field matured ahead of it's time (15 - 20 years) we would all profit from it, possibly like the days of the .com boom!
It will revolutionise how all software is built!

John Mc Donald Quote
"We have some additional padding in that there is an increase in cost and decrease in efficiency when a project is being done 10,000 miles away, in a place with a 12 hour time difference. Even now, certain companies are begining to see the scars from being bitten on the ass by offshoring. I don't know if it will play out the way I said, but it may."

If a project is outsourced, it can be beneficial to many organisations, as it gives them the ability of having the project worked on in a 24 hour time frame!

In my opinion doing a certification from a no name p[lace is a waste of time. I give credit to (recognise) Big certifications e.g. SCJP or Degree's from UNIVERSITIES. I think eployers take the same view when it comes down to qualifications! Too many fish in the see!

Age discrimination, salary reduction, unstable carreers!
Not the best carreer to get into at the moment in the U.S, & Europe???
So why should anyone consider entering the field, what is so great about it?
