I think the admin of the web hosting company monitors if a certain client is hogging the resources. Or maybe they have rules about it that their client should know.

Does anybody knows a cheap webhosting site that supports JSP? The specs I hope to get is :

If possible, Free Domain registration
Good customer service (can chat online for help)
Fast service
So far I can only think of Lunar and CWIHosting. Anybody think these are good hosting sites?
I'm a newbie in JSP and would like to have a hands-on practice by working for my brother's website . I would like to build up my experience/work portfolio as a Web programmer.
