Hi Chintan,
I am bit confused and need your suggestions for the preparation of EJB part of exam.
Seems you have gone through the both books, Ed Roman EJB 1.1 & Ed Roman EJB 2.0
In India 2nd book (Ed Roman EJB 2.0) is available not the first one. As per your suggestion I have EJB 1.1 specification & want to buy Ed Roman EJB 1.1. Since Ed Roman EJB 1.1 is not available in Indian market, should I buy Ed Roman EJB 2.0 or any other book for exam preparation purpose?
At the moment I am reading from wrox publication's EJB book. It covers 2.0 & 1.1.
I will wait for your input.
Regards,
Bhupath.
Congratulations!

Hi,

The current version seems to be having only EJB1.1 questions in the part-I exam. But I guess we can submit the part-II assignment with EJB2.0 components...
Anybody disagree?

Nobody answered this question on that thread.
Please write do we need to go through EJB 1.1 for Part I.
Thanks,
Bhupath.
Hi,
I am going through EJB2.0 only. Do I need to go through EJB1.1 also?
Thanks,
Bhupath.
Hi,
Thanks for the suggestions. My aim is to learn new concepts during preparation. Perhaps it would be tough to clear part II (assignment). But learning is always interesting as well as tough.
Thanks for telling that it is possible to prepare part I in a month time.
Regards,
Bhupath.
Hi,
I am working as Java programmer and have experience of Servlets, JSPs, and core java. I have gone through basic of EJB.
I want to take SCEA part I before 20th April. (Just started for preparation).
I am working and I think preparation in 35 days is tough but not impossible.
I will highly appreciate your tips and advice for preparation.
Regards,
Bhupath.
