Does anybody knows how to authenticate against a Microsoft Access engine?

I need to check if a user is valid in access to implement a single sign-on in java.

Hi,
I need to make a join between two tables but they are in different databases (in slqserver2000), I found a ".relation" in c#, but want to use JDBC. There is any solution or workaround?

Billy
Maybe it is a grammatical issue... because when you are going to enable SSL, you need a HTTP working, so SSL is over HTTP, or I'm confused too?

By the way SSL works with FTP? I would like to test it.
Same problem here (Using JBoss 4.0)!!! any workarounds?
I got :
javax.naming.CommunicationException [Root exception is java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: examples.interfaces.HelloHome (no security manager: RMI class loader disabled)]

When I'm runnig my ejbclient test... I'm new in EJBs too

Hi Dirk...
I think, there is a mistake in the article:
You wrote:

b2 = (byte)(b2 >>> 2);
b2, which was 00001101, becomes 00000110 (which is 6 in decimal)

But, Its must return 00000011 (which is 3 in decimal) or I'm confused?

Thanks...
Hi, I just want to say... "Head First XXX" it's the best programming learning I've seen. 100 thumbs up.
Im a experienced Lotus Domino Developer, but a rookie with Java and Struts, anyone has been used Struts as FrameWork with Domino (forms and views) as front-end?

Any idea to how plug them? thanks in advance.
