okay, I have my GUI programs which are developed over the period of two year. Mostly the GUI editor used was Sun's Forte. However over the time the form files gone missing are not updated ( few GUI stuff got updated manually, so form files are not upto date).

Is there any good editor whihc will let me import my programs and then on I can work further to change, enhance GUI (in GUI Editor)?

Thanks In Advance.

CTS.

WIPRO may sound bigger name. Sure CTS has more onsite chances than WIPRO. In addition I have friend in WIPRO whose salary raise over 4 years is insignificant. I personally overtook him by huge margin in same timeframe, though he started with high salary.

Not very sure about J2EE projects, however one of my friend working in PCS has told me horific tales about how PCS is careless about employess. Their HR, middle management sucks big time. My friend who left PCS had openly criticized his manager on last day.

I don't work in HP bangalore, but what I know from my sources is they have some good project going in in J2EE. If your offer is in related domain then you can consider this input.

Thanks

By the way, how many years experience? Is this managerial position? How are credentials of HSBC, I have heard it as bank only.

By the way, Congtuations. Its joy to get offer

Thanks Murali. I realize what you are saying. May be my current urge is like 'grass is always greener on other side'. However I want to get it verified with people here and see how is their opinion. It always to get things discussed :-)

Thx

Yes, thats the the key. I have to get into revision mode now. I must admit, over the time and too stable job brings in rustyness. It will be worthwhile to revise everything again.

Good part is I have passed, SCJP, SCEA - I. Now I can take some to to complete SCEA part II and III.

Thanks.

Hi,

I have been working in this company for almost 4 years now, I am pretty much happy with salary, I have also got decent long term onsite chance. My current company is medium to small sized (100-300 strength)

However now a days I am feeling if it was mistake to stick to one company for such a long time, did I missed the experience and exposure to various companies? One thing is sure, had I hopped companies, my salary might have been higher than current. But again, onsite chances don't come unless one spends good time in company (half of my time in this company was in India and rest onsite US).

Now a days I have urge to join some MNC or big brand and learn new processes etc there. However at the stake are stable going and rapport built up in 4 years.

Also, is it good idea in given market to shift job to some American company in US or Indian company in India or Indian company in US.

Any suggestions? Thanks In Advance.
