Hi,
The only sinilarity between JavaBeans and EJB is both are components.
But EJB is deployable component and Java bean is development component it can\t be deployed on a server
EJB is meant for inter process and Java beans are ment for intra process.For example a Button is one java bean ie development componet that can be included in any of your GUI
Consider a Customer bean which is deployed in a server.It can be accessed from anywhere.
This is the major differrence as for as I know

Hi all,
I am able to run clients for seession beans successfully and using that session bean I accessed the DB2 also and created a row in that
But when I run a client on CMP bean,It throws NullPointerException and unable to read from the underlying bridge.
Lookup works fine and narrowing also works fine
But when i try to create the bean it throws the above Exception
Anybody can tell what is the solution for this one or will u pls tell me some iplanet groups where i can join and clear my doubts
