i am using single jar file which comprises WeatherBean.and using the same jar file in ejb and servlet. also ejb is running in remote location. that means running in diff system.and Wheather bean has SerialUID. any other clues.

i am invoking a bean(POJO)object in stateless session bean through servlets.but getting ClassCastException in Servlet code. whole activity is as fallows

1)there is a method
WeatherBean getRequestData() in stateless session bean which
returns WeatherBean(serialized bean) object.

2)Then there is a servlet which invokes session bean. and calls
getRequestData() method which returns WeatherBean.
i.e WeatherBean weather=statelessbean.getRequestData();

when i build and execute the code i am getting fallowing exception.

i am receeiving a request object which contain decesion values and based on these decesion values i am calling appropriate objects. so my question is which pattern is suitable for this scenario.
As for my knowledge i could use COMMAND or CONTROLLER patterns.

i lost the SCBCD 1.3 Certificate just after recieving the certificate ,
actually i had taken the exam 1 month back but i had given the permanent address to recieve the certificate and my family members recieved the certificate 3 days back, but my father lost the certificate while traveling (actually he was bringing the certificate to my current address), so pls guide me what to do now, can i recieve one more copy of the certificate and what to do to recieve the certificate again.

i finished SCBCD 1.3 exam with 85%. and abt the exam it was 70:30 i mean 70% very easy and 30% tough . there were many [abt 10 to 15] exibit type of questions in the exam . and ejb-Ql part was bit tough bcause their were two big queries which took me more time to answer .and there were many drag and drop questions,but simple Questions. i think exam tested me the level of understanding of the Concept. tats all and when do i get SCBCD logo ..and if any one of u have pls send it to [email protected]

hi ankith both are correct.

select distinct object(c) from Customer c, Order o where c.custnum=o.custnum.

actually intension of using relationship is to retrieve data from more than one table.a well formed queury always should work whether it is one-one one-many. and EJB-QL is replica of Standard SQL except some oo benifits like traversing..etc.. so above ejb-query will give the expected result.
