We are talking about MQ JMS. And queue environment is cluster where one alias queue will be resolved to one of many physical queue. In my application QueueSession object properties/variables ( When we watch) list has the resolved queue manager. Why can't we get this resolved queue manager name? I haven't found any utility/method/way to get the resolved queue manager name anywhere. Why is this simple one is so hard?

I have a alias Queue Manager Name that I am using to create Queue Session. When session is created, the alias queue manager name resolved to a physical queue manager. I am required to retrieve this physical Queue Manager name and I need to pass this along with the message that I am queuing. I can see the Resolved Queue Manage name in the variables list of Queue Session when it is created. I do not find a way to retrieve this name. Any help is appreciated in finding the solution for this.

I am not calling any COBOL programs. I am just retieving rwos with just simple SELECT statement and trying to read the column data that is coming as String.
Retrieving string from DB2 (Z/OS) (JDBC)
that does contain packed decimal value.

When I am trying to get bytes using String.getBytes("Cp1047"),
I am getting correct bytes for all
Excpet for 15 and 25.
Rather it is resulting in swapped values for these,
i.e, it is getting 25 for 15 and vice versa.

What could be the wrong?
Or should I read bytes directly from ResultSet
using ResultSet.getBinaryStream("COLUMN") ?

Or do 15 and 25 have some special meaning on the
Java Platform.
Thanks in advance.

Can anybody know how can I restrict JMS connections to a group of users in MQ. We are not using MQSeries server but MQ Classes to implement JMS. And we are using Point-to-Point type.

Thanks

They say UML Class Diagram, but actually they talk about Java Class diagram.

Any ideas on this problem?

Hi Julia,

Thank you for your input,
still even after changing and playing a little bit with repositioning
of the setHeader lines, the problem persists. The only solution I found
so far is ,shut down the browser and restart the browser, then only
the browser is not asking to store the file or writing the cached results directly in the browser.

Is there any solution, without closing the browser that will prevent the writing or prompting to save the cached results when user cancelled the prompted dialog box?

Thank you
