oracle assessor is evidently not familiar with: -Jpa (entity classes 3.0 can use class inheritance - entity ejb 2.1 cannnot, ...)
-Generics ( assessor is afraid that Generic expressions like <T> LIst <T> might be used for cross side scripting on the html-page)
-can not differ between swing client (fat client) and stateful session bean
-is not able to differ between interaction diagram and deployment diagram; when providing a detailed component diagram and class diagram, the interaction diagram is of higher importance than the deployment diagram
