Hi, I have a class file that needs to identify the context it is currently running in. Based on its context my logic will differ.
For ex: my class can be instantiated by a servlet or a session bean. How do i find out at runtime, the code is getting called from servlet or ejb?
Thank you for your reply Rolando, but that did not solve my problem.

one more thing is the same program runs with oracle jre without throwing any CORBA MARSHAL EXCEPTION.

Hi,
I am trying to call an RMI/IIOP remote method from WSAD 5.1.3 client program. (RMI server program is running on WSAD 4.0.3) I am passing a HashMap as argument to the method. When i run the client program, it throws CORBA MARSHAL Exception.
But there is no problem when i call another method which is part of the same remote object. Client program was compiled with jdk version 1.3.1 and server program was compiled with jdk1.3.0. Can anyone help me to solve the CORBA MARSHAL Exception.
