For ICSD, SCJP was required in addtion to test 286 in the past. This requirement is removed. You may confirm with IBM Support.

C. Corbaname
D. Compound / fully qualified name
E. Generated base name

Answer: A, D

Why not C, D ?
Simple name is not always guaranteed to work as stated in the redbook.
