Web service or EJB?? Given Web service is the next big thing and the use of EJB has decreased dramatically because of the popularity of the lightweight web frameworks like Spring, I think I should go for Web service. Any suggestions, folks??

BTW, is there a new exam for EJB 3.0??

Yeah, I tried it out and it proves you are right, the properties of the sub-class are also set. The following is my testing code. It shows that the workID property of Employee class is also set!!!

Suppose class foo.Employee is the sub-class of foo.Person, the following code set the properties of foo.Person or foo.Employee?? I think the answer is foo.Person, because it is the reference type...Right?

No. it is about design pattern, not applet...
Database connection should be an plain old Java object.
Suppose I declare two <security-constraint> for the same web-resource-collection. One has a empty <auth-constraint> tag, which means no one will access it. But the other one has no <auth-constraint> tag, which means everyone can access it. Then what's the result?? Everyone can access the resource or no one??
